How can I be happier?

Drink up
How can I be happier?
Find something you are passionate about--music, a sport, gardening, cooking, whatever it may be, and do it often. Find some friends you feel comfortable with and have them do it with you when you want company. Take some time to relax and do something you love each day. Join a class or a team where you have to work with others and you have a specific role, and it will make you feel important. :)
Reply:Find a group of friends that you can really have a good time with, and spend as much time as you can with them. Experience new exciting things with people you care about.


Laugh and smile as much as possible.


find things that make you happy, and do whatever that is more often, and eat good foood. Good foood makes me happy

Reply:depends on your situation...and the choices that your make. not everyone gets what he/she wants...live with what you have or something like that.

Reply:try to find the joy in your life and find what is making you sad, then focus on the joy while trying to resolve what ever is making you sad.
Reply:Look outside now look up... look to your left then right. get up and take a step out the door take about five breaths. walk back inside lay down for about ten minutes. Get up drink half a cup a water now shoot up as much crack as you can... being happy is a feeling brought on =/
