Reply:End of the world? haha! Who ever thinks that needs to do some real research. Try another 5 billion years for the sun to super nova and engulfing Mercury, Venus, and Earth. It%26#039;ll expand to 2 AU which Earth is 1 AU away from the Sun. It%26#039;d probably be the start of a new age but no one can really say. It%26#039;ll be different for all of us. People are making too much of a big deal out of this 2012 thing.
Reply:I do not believe it, But if the prophecy is true. This is meant to cleanse (or end) the world from its sins to finally have its rebirth. Which they say the new age..Anything that comes new are also signifying clean and beginnings.


It implies also somekind of a reset of life in wellness for mankind and all living creatures.

Reply:Neither! This stuff was invented by some charalatan who distorted the Mayan calendar. Scientists cannot coordinate the Mayan calendar with our Gregorian calendar, so no one can really give any specific dates based upon the Mayan calendar. It has many cycles, but the people who blindly repeat this nonsense know nothing about the real Mayan calendar. They only parrot what the charalatan said, as if he was so wise, rather than being an unprincipled swindler. I asked if anyone knew who started this kuso. No one knew. This just shows that many people are willing to believe any nonsense they hear, and the more absurd it is, the better they like it. I have bet some people $1000 apiece that nothing unusual will happen in 2012. Want to bet?
